遗传性平滑肌瘤和肾细胞癌（Hereditary Leiomyomas and renal cell cancer ，HLRCC）为常染色体显性遗传病，是由FH 基因突变造成的，HLRCC患者将增加的肾癌和子宫平滑肌瘤的风险，此外与乳腺癌和膀胱癌也有相关性，但是目前证据不足。
